To complement the range of Stage Dex products Prolyte now has developed a
ramp system that can be used for catwalks, walkways, car ramps and wheelchair
access.

The ramp system has an allowable load of 750kg/m² and comprises three basic
elements:

1. Adjustable legs with stabilisers.
2. Standard Stage Dex panels.
3. Aluminium side profiles.

The standard gradient is 7.5° but can be made to order at any angle between 0°
and 22°.

Prolyte is the only manufacturer of staging systems who is able to fabricate circular stages that are actually based on curved segments making Stage Dex quite unique.
The curved segments are manufactured with a high degree of accuracy ensuring a perfect fit with no distortion.

This slide-in connector will maintain decks at the
same level preventing any vertical movement.

The Stage Dex connector will fix the stages together as well as keep them level. The connector slides into the profile and is then locked using an Allen (hexagonal head) key.
It is designed for use when a leg-to-leg clamp cannot be used such as on a circular stage or where there are no legs.

The coupling profile provides a simple method of
connecting the Stage Dex system whilst allowing the
deck to be raked at an angle to create a ramp
whether it be a simple sloped walkway or to create
wheelchair access.
The profile slides into the side of the deck and the
adjoining deck can be safely attached. The
maximum angle of slope is 30°.

The ‘T’ Bolt can be placed in the side of
the deck and then used to fix a variety
of items to the side of the stage
including signage, panels, set pieces
and special accessories.

This special profile can act as both a shallow kick board or as a skirting profile. Velcro strips allow skirts to be attached to the fascia. The profile is available in lengths of 470mm, 970mm and 1970mm.

The adjustable stair uses separate components to create stairs of heights between 1.0m and 3.2m with a variable angle of between 45° and 60°. The maximum design load for the stairs is 500kg/m².

The modular stair uses separate components to create stairs in heights of 200mm increments. Individual stair treads are 910mmW x 225mmD. Hand rails can be attached to the sides and between the
stairs allowing the possibility of separate up access and down access stairs side-by-side if required.
